30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy (from the day you receive your item) under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll provide a 100% refund, including shipping costs.
  2. Change of Mind: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. (However the packaging should remain the same)

Important Notes

  • Sales Are Final for Unpaid Customs Fees: If your order is held at customs due to unpaid taxes or fees, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged during delivery.
  • Proof of Postage: We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning items to avoid issues with lost packages.

How to Initiate a Return
